I am here to guide you on your path and give you all the support, whether its to guide you through movement to find more space in your body, and re-connect with your breath, help you find your nourishing diet and lifestyle, help you recognize unhealthy patterns and relationships in your daily life, or help you with finding the root cause or causes of your dis-ease.

FINDING AND APPLYING YOUR MEDICINE DAILY, TO NOURISH YOUR SOUL, CELLS, AND MIND, WHETHER THAT'S WALKING ON THE BEACH, EATING WHOLE FOODS, PRIORITIZING YOURSELF, IS WHAT WILL HEAL YOU.

What is your medicine? For some, it is addressing nutritional deficiencies, and for some, it is finding a connection with themselves or a connection with a supportive group. For some it's waking up early, watching the sunset, exercising weekly, eating wholefoods. For others it's meditation, getting enough sleep. For most, it's dealing with deep unresolved emotions, traumas, behavioral patterns. For all it's finding balance within, and applying the medicine daily, weekly, monthly, or however often you need it.
